BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT/MARKETING MANAGER
BSc/BTech Degree /Diploma qualified Candidates who well fit the following job description. To drive business growth within the Company. Identity potential clients from MEP Constructions & Fitout field, establish and maintain relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners. Research market opportunities and present analysis to the management. Monitor the market/construction field for job awarding, establish contacts and apply required strategies to win the tenders and sign contracts. Applicants should have an overall 15 years of working experience and out of which 10 yrs in the construction industry within the State of Qatar. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. High-level proficiency in the native language. Strong Organizational & Planning Skills and Outgoing Personality
STORE – IN CHARGE
Store-in-Charge required with sound knowledge and at least 10 yrs of working experience in reputed organizations that follow ERP/Inventory Management Systems. The candidate will be responsible for the overall management of the central store and site stores. Main duties will include; Maintaining correct inventories, close coordination with sites and the purchasing department, producing management reports, receiving shipments, checking material deliveries against purchases orders, marking & labeling goods with the identification codes, maintain Bin Card and tools records. Notify and return any damaged items and make reports, keep inventory reports updated, and check stock balances. Implement company procedures applicable to the preservation and storage of materials. Manage site storekeepers. Target & task oriented. Knowledge & experience in handling MEP Materials would be an advantage. Should posses high end administration, communication and negotiation skills, Smart and professional appearance. Good command of English language both written and spoken.
