Responsibilities:
- Oversee day to day farming operations, ensuring efficiency and high standards
- Lead and manage a team of farm workers, promoting teamwork and productivity.
- Implement and oversee farming schedules, equipment usage, and resource management.
- Ensure compliance with farming regulations and health standards.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Agricultural Engineering.
- Proven track record in farming operations within Qatar is essential.
- Experience in animal husbandry is an added advantage.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English (mandatory).
