Fmm URGENT REQUIREMENT
OPERATIONAL TEAM LEADERS
(HOUSEKEEPING/CLEANING DEPARTMENT)
Required Experience & Skills:
➠ 3-5 years of experience in the cleaning field in 5-star hotels / airports / hospitals / malls or similar facilities.
➠ Knowledge of cleaning machines, chemicals and their PH values, cleaning pads, dusters and color coding.
➠ Capability to lead a team of around 30-50 cleaning operatives.
AREA SUPERVISORS
(HOUSEKEEPING/CLEANING DEPARTMENT)
➠ At least 5 years of experience in the cleaning field in 5-star hotels / airports / hospitals / malls or similar facilities.
➠ Minimum 3 years of experience of leading a team of 100+ cleaning operatives.
➠ Advanced technical knowledge (strip & seal of floors, floor restoration, advanced chemical knowledge, knowledge of different types of cleaning equipment and machines).
➠ Certified by international cleaning institutes (BICSs, FIGR, ISSA, etc.).
