A Leading MEP Contractor in Qatar required the following;
QUANTITY SURVEYOR (MEP)
BSc/BE (Mech/Elect) degree qualified Quantity Surveyor is required with following skills; Over 7 yrs experience in Quantity Surveying/Cost Management/ Cost & Value Reconciliation in MEP Construction Companies. Should be able to carry out valuations of works in progress, forecasting of final costs and sales, prepare and monitor project cashflow forecasts, measure, value, submit and
negotiate contract variations and project final accounts and monitor project budgets.
MECHANICAL ENGINEER
BSc/BE (Mech) degree qualified Mechanical Engineer is required with the following skills; Over 4 yrs experience as Construction Site Engineer in Commercial & Industrial Building Services. Should possess experience in all Mechanical activities such as HVAC, Fire Systems, Plumbing & Drainage systems. Should be capable of preparing material submittal and verify design calculations, such as ESP in compliance with the project specifications and familiar with local and international codes and standards i.e. QCS, QCDD & NFPA etc.
AUTO CAD DRAUGHTSMAN -ELECTRICAL & MECHANICAL
Diploma qualified Electrical & Mechanical Draughtsman with a minimum 5 years experience in MEP Construction Companies are required with the following skills; Experience in producing drawings for Electrical & ELV Systems, HVAC, Plumbing & Drainage, Fire Fighting and preparation of coordination drawings. Experience in Revit (BIM) will be an advantage.
