Secretary and Customer Services(Male / Female) with below responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls.
- Manage the work agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments.
- Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos, forms and reports.
- Check frequently the levels of office supplies and place appropriate orders.
- Undertake occasional receptionist duties.
