- 8-10 years of work experience in project cost estimation , cost analysis, tender preparation, bid evaluation and contracts review

PROJECT ENGINEER- ELECTRICAL
- 6-8 years of work experience handling building construction projects
- With UPDA & QCDD licenses
- Has experience in project handling over process with government authorities

QA ENGINEER
- 6-8 years of work experience in the same role
- With experience in international standards and audit program
- With certification related to auditing QMS/IMS
|
INTERIOR ARCHITECT
- Filipino or Indian
- Has a Bachelor Degree in Interior Design
- 5-7 years of work experience in design building interiors and space planning
|
QUANTITY SURVEYOR-INTERIOR
- Has a Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Diploma in Quantity Surveying
- 5-7 years of work experience in quantity survey and estimation related to interior works

DRAFTSMAN- INTERIOR
- Has a Diploma in Architectural or Interior Design
- 5-7 years of work experience in the same position handling building construction projects
|
PURCHASING OFFICER
- Preferably has a Bachelor Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- 5-7 years of work experience in procurement and purchasing
- Good knowledge of building materials, ERP and MS Excel
|
PRODUCTION MANAGER- ALUMINUM
- Has Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
- 8-10 years of work experience in aluminum manufacturing and installation
- With excellent experience in installation of aluminum doors, curtain wall, aluminum sliding windows, glass partition
|
FOREMAN- ALUMINUM
- 10 years of work experience in aluminum manufacturing and installation
|
STOREKEEPER
- Has a Diploma or any technical course
- 6-8 years of work experience , with good exposure in civil and or MEP materials and ERP systems
|
TOWER CRANE TECHNICIAN
- 6-8 years of work experience in the same position
- With related trainings and certifications
|
RECRUITMENT ASSOCIATE
- 3-5 years of recruitment experience preferably in contracting/construction company
- With excellent verbal and written communication skills
|
HR CLERK
- 1-3years of work experience in the same position
- Good knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel
- Must speak Nepalese and Hindi languages
|
ACCOUNTANT
- Has a Bachelors Degree in Finance or Accountancy
- 5-7 years of work experience in financial reports preparation preferably in contracting/real estate companies

SITE DOCUMENT CONTROLLER
- 5-7 years of work experience in document control and management in contracting companies
