PLANNING ENGINEER
Has a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineerin
5-7 years of work experience in planning
ELECTRICAL SITE SUPERVISOR
Has a Diploma in Electrical Engineering
5-7 years of work experience in the same position
Has a good work experience in electrical installation , testing and commissioning
MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR
Has a Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
5-7 years of work experience in building or property maintenance or facility management
ELECTRICAL FOREMAN
10 years of work experience in LC and power(electrical) systems
FINISHING FOREMAN
10 years of work experience in various finishing works such as gypsum, tile, plaster and paint
PLUMBING FOREMAN
Has a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent technical course
10 years of work experience in plumbing works
TIME KEEPER
Has a Diploma or any technical course
3-5 years of work experience in timekeeping using ERP or any attendance software
DRAFTSMAN(STRUCTURAL AND MECHANICAL)
Has a Diploma in relevant engineering discipline(Civil or Mechanical)5-7 years of work experience in the same position handling building construction projects.
HR OFFICER
3-5 years of work experience
Has a good work experience in personnel and payroll administration
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
3-5 years of work experience
Knowledge in document handling and data entry in MS Excel and word.
ACCOUNTANT
Has a Bachelor Degree in Finance or Accountancy
Preferably a CPA
5-7 years of work experience in accounts preferably in contracting / real estate companies
RECEPTIONIST
Male, Filipino
Has related work experience in a restaurant, hotel, or any customer service jobs
Must be willing to stay in company accommodation
CHEF
Male, Any nationality
Has good work experience in international cuisines, hot and cold sections
Must be willing to stay in company accommodation
WAITER
