- Has Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- 4-6 years of work experience in planning and project management

INTERIOR 3D VISUALIZER
- Has a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Interior Design
- 7-9 years of work experience in the same position
- Proficient in 3ds Max and V-ray
|
MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR
- Has a Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- At least 5 years of work experience in Property Maintenance or Facility Management
|
ACCOUNTING OFFICER
- Has a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accountancy
- 2-4 years of work experience in general accounting preferably in contracting/ real estate companies

MARKETING ASSOCIATE
- Pleasing personality with excellent communication skills
- 2-4 years of work experience
- Knowledgeable in Photoshop

PROPERTY RECEPTIONIST
- Male, Filipino
- Has related work experience in a restaurant, hotel or any customer service jobs.
- Must be willing to stay in company accommodation

CHEF
- Male, Filipino
- Has good work experience in international cuisines, hot and cold sections
- Must be willing to stay in company accommodation

WAITER
- Male, Filipino
- Has related work experience in a Restaurant or Hotel
- Must be willing to stay in company accommodation

STOREKEEPER
- Has a Diploma or any technical course
- 4-6 years of work experience , with good exposure to civil and /or MEP materials and ERP system.
- Must be willing to stay in company accommodation
