B.Sc. / MBA in Human Resources Management with atleast 10 years GCC experience in the similar field. HR Recruiter to manage full cycle of recruitment, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates.
HR Recruiter responsibilities include sourcing
candidates online, updating job ads and conducting background checks. He/she should be familiar with Payroll, Employment Law, training and development, Negotiation Skills, Labour relations and collective bargains.
