Sales Manager – Liner Agency
Role:
The role is responsible to effectively manage the Liner Services functions for existing and new liner agencies, to enhance the market share of the principals represented in Qatar and achieve budgeted revenue. The jobholder is required to identify new opportunities in the market and strategically develop them to enhance stream profitability within Qatar.
The ideal candidate:
• 7-8 years’ experience NVOCC/MLOs Liner business out of which 3-4 years must be in a managerial role.
• Excellent knowledge of Shipping Business
• Proficiency in MS Office application (word, excel, outlook, PowerPoint, etc.) and related internal systems
• Good communication and interpersonal relationship in managing people/sub-ordinates, planning, organizing, and supervising
• Proven skills in customers management and relationship management skills, able to negotiate and persuade.
• Good marketing ability and proven skills in identifying potential business opportunities
Senior Sales Executive – Cargo Logistics
The Role:
The main responsibility of the role is to promote Freight Forwarding services by sales and marketing of logistics solutions and services to Qatar clients, thereby achieve or exceed the set sales targets. Job Holder will ensure that all sales activities are in line with the agreed terms and in conformity of the ISS Ethics
compliance.
The ideal Candidate:
• Minimum of 5 years’ sales experience in Qatar
• Knowledge of the local market, competitors, product knowledge
• Good Commercial acumen
• Proficient with communication and computer skills
• Working knowledge of MS office
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Candidate in Qatar with a transferable visa will be preferred.
• Valid Driving license and car
• Bilingual (Arabic & English)
Operations Executive – Marine Services
The Role:
The main responsibility of the role is to coordinate marine operations which include but are not limited to,
vessel port operations, offshore operations, crew changes and husbandry matters as required and ensure
that customer requirements are met as well as operations are carried out in line with the standard SOP’s.
The ideal candidate:
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in port operations procedure, general maritime industry particularly in
crewing and husbandry matter.
• Experience in Shipping, crew logistics, or transportation.
• Good Knowledge in MS Office application (word, excel, outlook, PowerPoint, etc.) and related internal systems
• Good communication and writing skills.
• Excellent customers service skills and ability to maintain good liaison with port authorities.
• Balance multiple tasks, changing priorities & operate within a deadline-oriented environment.
• Candidate in Qatar with a transferable visa will be preferred.
