• Minimum 10 years experience in planning/scheduling with strong literacy in Primavera, gained from
Qatar and/or the GCC
• Well adept in project planning & master schedule development for building and large villa projects
• Solid communication and negotiation skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction

ARCHITECTURAL DRAFTSMAN
• Minimum 8 years actual work experience with 2D/3D Auto CADD, Photoshop, SketchUp, Revit
• Well experienced in shop drawing, site as-built, production i.e. finishes- stone cutting list, joinery, etc.
• Bachelor’s degree in design, architecture or related field
• Number Required: 1
LEASING MANAGER
• Minimum 10 years actual work experience in Retail Leasing for Malls, gained in Qatar and/or GCC
• Solid communication and negotiation skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
• Arabic speaker, a must
LEGAL ADVISOR
• Minimum 5 years actual work experience as Legal Advisor for Real Estate/Retail gained in Qatar/GCC
• Well experienced in drafting and review of contracts and legal documents
• Bachelor’s degree in Law
• Arabic speaker, a must
FIRE ALARM TECHNICIAN/HVAC TECHNICIAN/ELECTRICIAN
• Minimum 5 years actual work experience as Fire Alarm/HVAC/Electrician
• Well experienced in Fire Alarm systems/air conditioning systems/wires & cables, and troubleshooting
• Diploma/Trade Certificate from Technical Institute
• Number Required: Fire Alarm – 4; HVAC – 4; Electrician – 4
