FINISHING FOREMAN
• 10 years of work experience in various finishing works such as gypsum, tile, plaster and paint
HSE OFFICER
• Has IOSH, NEBOSH and other relevant HSE certifications
• 5-7 years of work experience in the same position handling building construction projects
STOREKEEPER (CIVIL AND MEP)
• Has a bachelor’s degree or diploma
• 5-7 years of work experience in the same position with good experience in civil &/or MEP materials
• Has excellent experience in ERP and/or MS Excel
DRAFTSMAN (ARCHITECTURAL AND MECHANICAL)
• Has a diploma in relevant engineering discipline (Architectural or Mechanical)
• 5-7 years of work experience in the same position handling building construction projects
RECEPTIONIST (FOR PROPERTY MANAGEMENT)
• Male, Filipino
• Has related work experience in a restaurant, hotel, or any customer service jobs
• Must be willing to stay in company accommodation
WAITER (FOR PROPERTY MANAGEMENT)
• Male, Filipino
• Has related work experience in a restaurant or hotel
• Must be willing to stay in company accommodation
CHEF (FOR PROPERTY MANAGEMENT)
• Male, Any nationality
• Has good work experience in international cuisines, hot and cold sections
• Must be willing to stay in company accommodation
