JOB OPPORTUNITIES: URGENT LOCAL HIRING
SITE ENGINEERS(CIVIL,ELECTRICAL AND MECHANICAL)
- Has a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline(Civil, Electrical or Mechanical)
- UPDA registered engineers are highly preferable.
- 5-7 years of work experience in the site execution handling building construction projects.
QA & QC Engineers (CIVIL and Electrical)
- Has a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline(Civil or Electrical )
- UPDA registered engineers are highly preferable.
- 5-7 years of work experience in the same position handling building construction projects
MECHANICAL FOREMAN (HVAC AND PLUMBING)
- Has diploma in Mechanical or any related course
- 8-10 years of work experience handling mechanical works (HVAC or plumbing ) for building construction projects.
CIVIL FOREMAN (STRUCTURAL AND FINISHING)
- Has a diploma in Civil or any related course
- 8-10 years of work experience handling civil works(Structural or finishing) for building construction projects.
DRAFTSMAN (ARCHITECTURAL AND MECHANICAL)
- Has a diploma in relevant engineering discipline(Architectural or Mechanical ) or any related course
- 5-7 years of work experience in the same position handling building construction projects
STOREKEEPERS (CIVIL AND MEP)
- Has a bachelor’s degree or diploma
- 5-7 years of work experience in the same position with good exposure in civil and or MEP materials
- Has excellent experience in ERP and/or MS Excel.
RECEPTIONIST AND WAITER (FOR PROPERTY MANAGEMENT)
- Male, Filipino
- Has related work experience in restaurant, hotel, or any customer service jobs.
- Must be willing to stay in company accommodation
MUST HAVE NOC, TRANSFERABLE WORK VISA AND CAN JOIN IMMEDIATELY
